Brandon Jardine

Sous Chef

 

Brandon Jardine is Sous Chef at UMD Dining Services. He started his career at UMD in February 2023.

Prior to his employment with UMD, he worked as a Sous Chef at Popyy’s Social Pizza in Chicago and a Sous Chef for Compass Group at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Lake Forest, IL.

He has an associate's degree in Applied Science, Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and an associate's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management from American Military University. 

When he is not working, Brandon enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and playing with his dogs. He enjoys working for UMD Dining Services due to the opportunity to work with cooks and chefs from various backgrounds and career paths which allows him to hone skills and techniques, learn new ones, and dive into many different cuisines.
