EATS - Student Advisory Board

Help Shape the Future of Dining at UMD

Engagement & Advisory Team of Students (EATS)

Experience. Advise. Transform. Snack.

The best ideas often come from the students who experience campus dining every day.

EATS is a team of students who partner with UMD Dining Services to help improve the campus dining experience. Members collaborate directly with Dining leadership, share thoughtful ideas, participate in exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences, and help shape the future of dining at UMD.

Applications are now open.

What is EATS?

More Than an Advisory Board

EATS is a partnership between students and UMD Dining Services.

Rather than simply collecting feedback, EATS members work alongside Dining Services to better understand how campus dining operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and help create a better experience for the entire UMD community.

Throughout the year, members gain behind-the-scenes access to Dining Services while providing thoughtful perspectives that help guide future decisions, programs, and initiatives.
