Superior Dining

Superior Dining is open to all students, staff, and faculty. Our all-you-care-to-eat dining center boasts a large salad and sandwich bar, a rotating daily entrée, delicious homemade soup, a Mongolian-style grill, and so much more! 

This Dining Service's oasis has:

  • a salad bar with 67 unique items each day, multiple greens, dozens of veggies, fruits, beans, grains, and other components
  • an antipasti station with dips, veggies, composed salads, cheese cubes, hummuses, and other things to nosh
  • there are three soups made from scratch daily
  • a sandwich bar
  • a toasting oven (if you like your sandwich toasted)
  • cut fruit
  • whole fruit
  • a panini grill
  • toasters
  • waffle makers
  • daily pizza specials
  • burgers every day
  • a carvery station with different meats for dinner
  • specialty sandwiches created on our grill every day for lunch
  • a hot entree station
  • daily hot vegetables and starches
  • the Saute station which provides custom made eggs and omelets in the morning and custom made entrees for lunch and dinner
  • a pasta station
  • the Mongolian Grill which provides custom made stir fry until close
  • cereal for when you just don't want dinner
  • a frozen yogurt station for dessert 
  • a baked dessert station
  • a designated and signed allergen station for folks with allergy issues and they can avoid the top 9 allergens
  • a vegan section

    Open Daily: 7 am - 9 pm

    • Breakfast: 7 - 11 am
    • Lunch: 11 am - 4:30 pm
    • Dinner: 4:30 - 9 pm
