UMD Dining Services offers catering and an all-you-can-eat experience in Superior Dining.
- Your experience can include meals, snacks, beverages, or take-out options.
- Nutrition and allergy info are available at all locations. Special requests and dietary needs can be accommodated by contacting our team.
Ordering Guidelines
Minimums & Final Counts
Advance Notice:
- Standard Dining Requests: Please provide at least 2 weeks' advance notice for all groups planning to dine with us.
- Large Groups & Special Hours: Requests for large parties or dining outside of regularly posted hours require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.
- Last-Minute Requests: Any requests submitted with less than the required notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on staff and inventory availability.
- Standard Dining Requests: Please provide at least 2 weeks' advance notice for all groups planning to dine with us.
Dining Times & Capacity: We accommodate many groups each day, so your group must dine during the specific time assigned at booking. If you need to request a change, you must notify us immediately so we can determine whether seating and staffing can be adjusted.
Final Counts & Charges: Final guest counts are due no later than 72 business hours prior to your scheduled dining time. This final count is the number that will be billed, even if fewer guests attend. If additional guests arrive beyond the final count provided, you will be charged for those additional meals.

Room Reservation Options
- Kirby Student Center Room Reservations and requests for media equipment, tables, garbage, etc. are handled by Kirby Student Center Reservations. Please visit their website for more information.
