Amanda Bergstedt

Sous Chef

 

Amanda Bergstedt is the Sous Chef at UMD Dining Services, a position she has held since September 2022. Prior to joining UMD Dining Services, Amanda worked at W.A. Frost in Saint Paul, MN, New Scenic Café in Duluth, MN, and Broder’s Cucina Italiana in Minneapolis, MN. 

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Events with a focus on Restaurant Management. 

In her free time, Amanda enjoys skiing, cooking, and traveling. Amanda enjoys working at UMD Dining Services for the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds, for the health benefits and work-life balance, and for the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
