Operations Manager
Andrew Matson is an Operations Manager for UMD Dining Services in the Food Court. He joined the team in September 2023. Prior to joining UMD, he was working as the Residential Food Service Manager at Bemidji State University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hiking and skiing, depending on the season. He likes working for UMD Dining Services because he feels supported by his colleagues.
