Benjamin Zaban-Boylan has been a valued member of UMD Dining Services since October 2022. With a diverse background in the culinary industry, he has worked in various restaurants and kitchens, including Whole Foods Co-op and At Sara’s Table Chester Creek Café. His experience has shaped his approach to food, emphasizing quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation.
Outside of the kitchen, Benjamin is a creative spirit who enjoys playing music, creating art, and writing poetry. He appreciates the stability and work-life balance that UMD Dining offers, making it a refreshing change from the demands of traditional culinary work.
