Brent Armstrong is the Business Analyst at UMD Dining Services. He started working at UMD in September 2018. Prior to joining UMD Dining, Brent worked as a Prep Cook at the Crossroads Hotel & Convention Center, a Personal Care Assistant at Children’s Care Hospital & School, and a Food & Flow Team Member at Target Corporation.
Brent holds an Associate’s degree from the University of South Dakota, a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in rhetoric & communications from UMD, and a Business Certificate from UMD.
In his free time, Brent enjoys exploring Duluth’s trails and nearby vistas with his dog, playing fantasy/sci-fi entertainment, and puzzle/strategy games.
Brent enjoys working for UMD Dining Services because of the competitive nature of the collegiate food service industry and the colleagues that continually impress and challenge him.
