Operations Manager
Nikki Lyes is the Retail Operations Manager for Northern Shores Coffee Shop at UMD Dining Services.
Nikki began her career with UMD Dining Services as a senior cashier food aide in October 2017, after working at Burger King and Home Choice. She was promoted to a manager position in the fall of 2019.
When Nikki is not working, she enjoys being a digital creator for cosmetics and skincare on Instagram, being a cat mom, and listening to podcasts. Nikki loves working for UMD Dining Services for its competitive pay and benefits, amazing co-workers and staff, and overall team dynamic.
