Operations Manager
Scott Zimmerman is an Operations Manager in Superior Dining at UMD Dining Services. He started working here in May 2002. Prior to that, he was a Manager at Domino’s Pizza.
Scott holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Mesabi Community College.
When he’s not working, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing video games.
He says he likes working for UMD Dining Services for the steady employment, great co-workers, and professional attitudes.
