Nick Hagadone

Sous Chef

 

James ‘Nick’ Hagadone joined UMD Dining Services in January 2022 as Sous Chef in the Food Court. Previously, he worked as a Salesman at Subaru of Duluth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Minor in Athletic Training from the University of Minnesota Duluth. 

During his time at Subaru of Duluth, James was awarded Salesman of the Year two years in a row, in 2020 and 2021. 

When he's not working, James enjoys fishing with Waypoint Charters, spending time with his son, and putting legos together. He likes working for UMD Dining Services because of the work-life balance the University provides. It allows him to spend more time with his family and the h is able to go fishing on the weekends.
